It is the client's responsibility to understand their insurance coverage. Different insurances and different plans vary dramatically in what coverage is provided for nutrition counseling. 

If you do not see your insurance listed and you would like to use insurance, please reach out to admin@nourishbb.com. We are continuing to get credentialed with additional insurance companies.

All clients will be required to have a credit card on file even if using insurance. This is in case there are any copays or cancelation fees accrued. 

• Please cancel  or reschedule appointment at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time 
• There will be a $20 cancelation fee if canceling happens within 24 hours of appointment time 
• There will be a $40 no show fee, if client does not attend appointment without any notice
